Refund Policy

This policy covers merchandise that arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, with missing contents, or materially different from its description.

Eligibility and request window

Submit the request within 30 calendar days after delivery. This is a request deadline, not a requirement that a parcel reach a return facility within that period.

Voluntary returns for a change of mind, personal preference, an incorrect size or option choice, or another no-reason request are not accepted. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.

Request and authorization

Email bakayibid76@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, reason for the request, and photos or video of the item, packaging, and relevant components.

Keep the packaging and relevant components while we review the request. Do not mail merchandise without approval. When a return is approved, we provide the correct return address and instructions; the correspondence address is not automatically a return warehouse. Any replacement or exchange depends on review and available inventory.

Refund timing

After refund approval, we initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. The bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional posting time.
